beef perfection takes time

We hang our beef in a cooler (at about 36° F) for 30-60 days to improve tenderness. This process is called aging. This allows the enzymes in the meat to break down the proteins and improve eating quality. The process would also allow the development of flavors associated with the aging process.

WYOMING is our home. We take pride in our Cowboy State, the hard working people here and the animals they raise. Our team has been involved in the farming & ranching community for 80+ years combined. We have raised cattle, sheep, goats, chickens. We ride horses, hunt, fish & enjoy the rodeo life when time allows. Our goal is to give the Wyoming producers an avenue to get their products to the consumers & give the consumers a great product. We look forward to shaking your hand & doing business!
